Private Chef, Making Amazing Culinary Experiences..
Most of the time, our food experiences, are simply carbon copies of our day, they are shaped by how we feel. That is why only “Nanna” makes the comfiest soup when you’re sick. That the saltiness of a fresh oyster can transport you back to your last beach vacation. The lives we have lived, the way our day is going, shapes our food experiences. It stays with us. Even though, sometimes, contending with the day’s woes makes my job of making amazing food experiences a little harder, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love creating dishes and meals that evokes a feeling of being cared for. Because at the end of the day, that’s all feeding people really is about, caring for them and sharing a part of yourself.
